Tamara Popović

Founder

Biography

Tamara majored in Slavic studies and Russian has been and remained her first love. She worked for 15 years as a Russian teacher in Novi Sad gymnasium “Isidora Sekulić” and then the Novi Sad School of Business. She started working with stock photography in 2008. At the end of 2017, she decided to establish a company that would, inter alia, engage in moderation of stock content. In just under a year, she managed to nurture, expand, and perfect this work. She is the driving force of MOD381. She believes in the importance of diversity and tolerance. She strives to provide the best possible work conditions to her employees. She loves to organize team building activities and believes good relations are one of the cornerstones of good business. Tamara is an idea person able to maximize her employees’ creativity. She has a teenage daughter who keeps her young.

Igor Preradović

Biography

Igor has been the company CEO since its establishment and has been involved in stock photo moderation for over five years. He graduated from the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education and worked in administrative institutions in Novi Sad. He loves beauty and art, but he is also a sports aficionado.He is most proud of the fact that he is the father to three amazing kids. They are the reason why he's making sure that his everyday life filled with family, parental, and business obligations is guided by the principles of humanity, fair play, responsibility, and spirituality.

Jelena Ljubičić

Accountant/Financial AdviserJelena followed her teenage love and majored in philosophy. During her studies, she started working in the family accounting agency. Over the years, she managed to develop, expand, and diversify that business.   Aside from being business savvy, she is also an amazing chef. Her dinner parties are legendary, and the attendees usually go on a two-day diet before coming. She is a wonderful travel companion, she is game for anything, and possesses an impressive ability to fall asleep within two minutes.   She has an olive tree on her north-facing balcony, and is hoping against hope that it will bear fruit. Needless to say, we have grown old waiting for the tastes of Greece. She is a friend like no other and our most trusted financial adviser.

Luka Jakovljević

Luka is the father of two sons, a professor of physical education and a computer expert. He likes to sing Serbian folk music, plays the guitar and everyone still recognizes him by his smile.

Vesna Kušlić

Biography

An eternal optimist and freethinker. She feels comfortable in almost any environment. Brimming with ideas and plans, she dedicates 100% of herself to any task at hand. She is a wife and a mother to a ten-year-old boy. She rides a bike and, if needed, plays football, basketball, and volleyball. She bakes flaps for the whole company and fights against excessive gaming. She dreams of snow and mountains in winter and endless beaches in summer. She truly believes that she can accomplish almost anything she puts her mind to.

Danijel Apro

Biography

Writer and journalist from the suburbs. Political scientist specialized in social theory and transitional justice. Grew up at a stadium, spent good chunk of his adulthood in Java (the island, not the programming language). In office, Danijel is usually the guy for intellectual property issues. Off the clock, he deconstructs fake news, assembles a beer-bottle collection, and works on his fourth book. Obsessed with Southeast Asia, secret police, film, football, punk.

Dušan Pujić

Biography

An adventurer at heart, a superhuman, and a leader of long-forgotten tribes are just some of Dušan’s many talents. He successfully rides dinosaurs, pilots space shuttles, and commands the hordes of the underworld, all from the comfort of his own living room. Charm is one of his stronger suits. Perpetually positive, he fights new challenges with an infectious smile because he believes life is a game. When afk, this passionate gamer loves to snowboard and spend time with loved ones, always with his faithful camera in tow.

Milica Stanković

Milica is a Novi Sad girl, through and through. She loves lifestyle photography and has been a stock photo contributor for many years. She joined this team at the end of 2018 and now works on two fronts. Milica believes in the creative energy of the cosmos, loves cooking and good wine, and spends her free time travelling with her friends and family.

Aleksa Sebić

During his short career, Aleksa tried his luck in different professions: graphic designer, translator, psychology student, to name but a few. He is currently enjoying the job of a moderator in team MOD381. He loves to paint, socialize, and attend all manner of parties, and even sometimes pretend to like fitness and bodybuilding. Still no luck on the love front, but he makes it up with his cat Mimi, who keeps him company on rainy days.

Igor Georgiev

Biography

Igor became a stock photo contributor in 2015 and stock photo moderator four years later, when he joined the MOD381 team. Off the clock, he is a tattoo artist and he loves riding his BMX. These hobbies not only allow him to fully express himself, but also relax him, which is certainly a plus for those around him. His last project was Punkrock pub, with which he wanted to contribute to the burgeoning music scene of Novi Sad. He has two dogs, a hedgehog, and neighbours’ cats who like to drop by.

Roman Kozomara

Roman majored in graphic arts. He is a graphic designer and a freelancer. He met so many creative and positive people when he joined the MOD381 family. With them came the realization that this job can be an invaluable experience that makes every day matter. Roman adores nature and his drums. He loves his Cruise-board and Sean, his dog who makes him company during relaxing walks along the Danube.

Ivana Dakić

Ivana majored at the Faculty of Technical Sciences and immediately landed her first job at MOD381. Discovering the world of photography enriched her life with knowledge and beauty. She is an artistic soul and has been performing Latin dance since a very young age. During her dancing career, she also performed in theatre plays. In her spare time, she enjoys nature, books, coffee with girlfriends, and walks with her golden retriever Bak.

Aleksandar Domazet

Biography

Aleksandar Domazet was born in Smederevo, Serbia, and spent a good chunk of his life in Italy. He balances between the East and the West and believes life is somewhere in the middle. He fell in love with photography at an early age, and later turned this hobby into a profession. During his career as a photographer, he cooperated with a number of national and foreign media. He enjoys good food, good music, traveling, and rediscovering good photography.

Lidija Mandač

Her name is Lidija, and she is 24. To her, art and photography are an urban deliverance into knowledge, beauty, and creativity. In a nutshell, what you see in her is what she sees as well.

Marko Dubovac

Biography

Marko Dubovac majored in traditional dance. He was a member of the ensemble of the Ballet of the Serbian National Theatre. He currently teaches at the Department of Traditional Dance at the Ballet High School in Novi Sad. Being his lifelong passion, dance inspired him to try his luck as a choreographer. His hobby, video editing, helped him connect his two passions. As one of the authors of the “Melting Pot” performance, he provided, in words of critics, an innovative and different take on the choreography of the traditional Serbian dance. His new love of video and photography brought him to MOD381. The job of a moderator helps him, inter alia, to explore different aesthetic styles and create opportunities for new inspirations. Marko spends his free time with his dog and friends, but he is always in work mode, even when enjoying wine and music.

Bojana Janić

Bojana attended a photography school and has remained involved with photography ever since. Thousands of photographs passed through her hands. She has been a committed member of our team since the end of 2018. She loves to read, cycle, listen to music, bake cakes and, most of all, spend time with her two boys.

Marija Šmit

Biography

Born in a picturesque little town on the banks of the Tisa River, Marija moved to Novi Sad to study sociology at the age of 19. She has been living and working here ever since, and Novi Sad will remain eternally in her heart. When not following Instagram fashion trends, she walks her neighbour’s dog. She likes to spend her free time volunteering in non-governmental organizations, which landed her her first job and helped her gain valuable experience. The sociology studies turned out to be highly beneficial for the challenges this job brings. She loves attending concerts and gigs and discovering new bands, preferably with a glass of red wine in her hand. Sometimes her own, personal musician composes a chord or two. She loves beauty and will forever be inspired with fashion. She enjoys creativity that comes with this job and she is slowly but surely falling in love with photography.

Dušan Pejčić

Dušan is an electrician by profession, but he has also worked in the hospitality industry and administration. He loves shooting and editing videos, and he has recently completed a course in front-end development. We has been working as a moderator since February 2018. He spends all his free time with his family, except Saturdays. Saturdays are for playing hoops and hanging out with high school friends.

Her name is Mojca. She majored in literature and library science, but she found something new, fascinating, and inspiring in this job. She is a proud mother of an energetic little boy and a staunch advocate for animal rights. She strongly dislikes people who are chronically late. She loves taking her dog Yoda for walks and watching cloud reflections in water. She dreams of writing a perfect novel and adopting a goat.

Stanislav Beti

Biography

Born and raised in Liman. Majored in engineering management as well as political sciences, with accent on political analytics and social changes. He loves the written word, and he completed the course of the Novi Sad School of Journalism. He loves photography and foreign languages. Through all these interests, however, music has been and remained his true love, punk especially, but also all other types of rebel music, especially that with a strong social message. He is a passionate supporter of this subculture and regularly attends concerts and festivals across Europe. Sometimes he bartends in the Petrovaradin pub Dublin, where he also DJs on occasion. He loves diversity and uses his free time for travelling, meeting new cultures, and hiking. He is a die-hard supporter of Liverpool and loves homebrewing. He is happily married.

Sandra Bu

Sandra majored in graphic design and is currently working as a video content moderator at MOD381. She is interested in architecture, alternative culture, and art. She lives in Novi Sad and loves travelling and exploring art history and new art forms. She doesn’t like television, but loves watching football games with her husband and sons.

Savo is a nature and animal lover who spends all his spare time with his pets. His ideal evening is spent in front of the computer screen, with his favorite dog and two cuddly cats for company. He met Darko Pančev, can’t cook but loves to eat, and his life’s desire is to acquire a unicorn or at least a skinny rhino.

Nataša is a proud mother of а five-year-old boy Vuk, who is her first and most important photo model. It was Vuk who motivated Nataša to start actively pursuing photography, which has always been one of her passions, others being fashion design and travel. In the center of this Venn diagram is where she finds inspiration to continue discovering her talents and broadening her knowledge.

Nikola is a dedicated sound recordist and designer. An explorer of sound objects and added values that complement the visual. Aside from continuously expanding his knowledge on the technology of creating audio-visual pieces, Nikola loves to read on history, watch documentaries, explore media theory, and grow chili peppers.

Biljana was born and raised in Novi Sad. Her first career moves introduced her to the media and later telecommunications. Having an artistic and aesthetic streak, she had no trouble fitting into team MOD381 at the beginning of 2019. She is a mother of two lively and talkative girls. When not in the office, she spends time with her family, travels, and organizes coffee get-togethers with her friends.

Ivan Kurunci

Biography

Ivan’s parents were ballet dancers, members of the Ballet ensemble of the Serbian National Theatre. His family nurtured all art forms and it is there that he grew to know and love photography at a very young age. These are the values he is trying to instill into his four-year-old daughter Valentina, who enjoys eating sweets with her dad, pretending to fix bikes, watching films, and learning how to photograph flowers.

She has never dreamed that everything in her life would revolve around photography, and that it would fulfill her in a way that it does. The thing she enjoys the most about photography is that it never feels like a job, but more of a constant enjoyment filled with pleasant surprises. The ability to transfer emotion by capturing the moment and saving it from being forgotten is what she considers special about it. Her main source of inspiration comes from her daughter, who has held the camera since she was only three years old.

She has carried a camera with her for almost half her life. She loves hiking and travelling. She is simple, yet complicated. Her teenage daughter calls her Maleficent (she is not an evil fairy, but she is a tough mom). She is happy and satisfied with her team.

Nemanja is a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy and has published three short story collections, two of which received nation-wide recognition. He lived in Lisbon and has so far succeeded in travelling across five continents. He loves swimming, film noir, and clubbing. He sees photography the same way he sees stories, as white noise of events. He is an uncle to Miloš, Petra, and Vanja, with whom he likes to photograph street cats, wild flowers, and umbrellas.
Marija is a biology major who is not a biologist. She has spent a large part of her career as a translator, and English is, for the most part, her comfort zone. She loves that it has a word for everything. At the beginning of 2018, she decided to try something new and became a member of team MOD381. She has never regretted it. Today she works as a video content moderator and loves drone videos and food shots. She loves her job and her colleagues even more. In her natural habitat she is a couch potato who loves to binge Netflix and spend time with her 13-year-old westie.

Snežana Andrić

Snežana joined the dynamic MOD381 team in 2018, after a long career in banking. She describes this serendipitous turn of events with nothing but pleasure. Her innate communication skills and desire to socialize allowed her to easily integrate into the team, with which she works tirelessly on improving her moderation skills. After a day among colleagues, she works out and hangs out with friends, her husband and daughter.

Branislava Knežević

Almost overnight, Brana replaced her years-long experience in banking with the job of a photo content moderator. Apparently, the undying love for art prevailed, despite the often turbulent and attractive world of economics and continuous race with time in the vicious circle of finances. In fact, it was incredibly easy to get accustomed to MOD381 and the novelties of the job, not to mention the overwhelmingly positive work atmosphere. Having good photographs and even better colleagues for company, this job overshadowed everything that came before. Always in a good mood (except when not), she loves a good joke, music, food that goes well with red wine, and pilates. As a mother of two teenagers, following the fashion trends is ever present, both in life and photography. Travelling has remained her life-long passion.

She loves creative and dynamic challenges, which is why her entering the world of photography feels less like a job and more like a discovery of a whole new world. She dedicates her free time to new culinary stunts, nature hikes, reading, and hanging out with friends. She is happy because she loves her job, especially the amazing and wonderful colleagues from MOD381, who are always there to lend a helping hand and make her day.

Biljana majored in pedagogy at the Faculty of Philosophy, and her years-long volunteer work in related areas taught her to consider things from different perspectives, which shaped her as a person (she believes for the better). She loves to create memories on her travels, and she gets her weekly dose of leisure by escaping to the woods of Fruška gora. She tirelessly fights the good fight, loves plants and wildlife, photography, theatre, and good food.

Siniša Banda

Siniša is a motorsport aficionado and never misses a Formula 1 or Moto GP Championship race. Years spent in the world of journalism helped him greatly with this job. He has created and maintains several blogs that use WordPress platform, including his own. He loves to surround himself with people he loves, crack jokes, and laugh. He also sings, and not too badly if we may add, and plays the guitar.
